2. Orders

Orders are placed directly through our Shopify store. Customers must provide accurate information for delivery.

3. Payment

We accept payment by credit card and PayPal.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days depending on availability and the carrier selected. Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation.

5. Withdrawal / Returns

In accordance with the law, customers have 14 days to return an unopened, unused product. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Liability

Blackpilled cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.

7. Orthodontic Products (Palate Expanders)

Palate expander products are sold as general wellness and comfort devices. They do not replace professional orthodontic or dental treatment and should not be used without guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
